NGC 7008 is a planetary nebula in the constellation of Cygnus. Some observers call it the Fetus Nebula.

It is located at a distance of 2,800 light-years from Earth. NGC 7008 shines at magnitude 10.7 and is 86 x 69 arcseconds in size. The central star in NGC 7008 has a magnitude of 12.3.

The gold and blue double star HJ 1605 lies just below the nebula. It is comprised of 9.5-magnitude TYC 3956-1522-1 and 11.7-magnitude TYC 3956-1020-1.

NGC 7008 was discovered by William Herschel in 1787.
