LBN 468, at right, is a complex of bright and dark nebulae in the constellation of Cepheus. The dark nebula involved include LDN 1146, 1147, 1153, 1156, 1155, and 1150.

It is located 1.5 degrees west of the reflection nebula NGC 7023, seen in this image at left.

This entire area is full of extremely faint dust and dark nebulae. VdB 141 is at far left.

Lynds Dark Nebula Catalog (LDN) was created by B.T. Lynds in 1962 from studies of the red and blue plates from the Palomar Sky Survey. Lynds Bright Nebula Catalog (LBN) was created by Lynds in 1965.
