Arp 188 is the Tadpole Galaxy in Draco.

The Tadpole is a disrupted barred spiral galaxy located 420 million light-years away that shines at magnitude 14.8. It has an apparent size of 3.6 x 0.8 arcminutes.

The unusual shape of the galaxy and its long tidal tail are caused by the Tadpole's gravitational interaction with a smaller galaxy. The tail is 280,000 light-years long.

The encounter caused a burst of star formation in the Tadpole's spiral arms and in the tail.

Several other galaxies can also be seen in the frame, including PGC 57087 and PGC 57114 in the far upper left corner, PGC 57108 to the upper right of the Tadpole, PGC 57109 at far right, and PGC 2503300 at bottom center.

The magnitude 8.35 star HD 145223 is the brightest star in the frame at bottom center.

North is to the left in the above image.
